For You

What to Expect

Whether you are in the midst of difficulty or simply curious about what lies beneath the surface of ordinary life, you are welcome here.

Who comes

Anyone drawn toward stillness

People come to Jonah carrying a wide range of experiences — physical challenges, grief, anxiety, a sense of meaninglessness, or simply a persistent feeling that there is something more. Some come with a well-developed spiritual life. Others come having never given spirituality a second thought.

What they share is a quiet openness — a willingness to be met where they are.

How we meet

Sessions

In Person

Sessions take place in Seattle, Washington. You and Jonah sit together quietly. He may speak briefly, invite a period of stillness, and often asks permission to place a hand on your head — a simple gesture that tends to facilitate a deeper quality of rest and presence.

Most people leave feeling profoundly calm — often for several days.

Remote via Zoom

Distance is no obstacle to this work. Remote sessions via Zoom follow the same unfolding as in-person sessions — a period of quiet presence, conversation if needed, and the same quality of stillness and healing.

Jonah works with people across North America, Europe, and beyond. All you need is a quiet space and a willingness to be present.

"I have never walked away from a session feeling anything less than empowered and hopeful that I am continuing to make progress toward a spiritually fulfilled life."

Common Questions

FAQ

None whatsoever. People come from every background and tradition — or no tradition at all. All that is needed is a willingness to be present and open.

Sessions unfold naturally and gently. Jonah may speak with you briefly, enter a period of stillness together, and often places a hand lightly on your head (with permission) — something that tends to facilitate the experience. People report profound quiet, warmth, energy moving through the body, inner imagery, or simply a feeling of deep well-being.

Yes. Jonah has worked with people around the world via Zoom and phone, and the quality of the healing encounter is no different. The space between two people, it turns out, is not an obstacle.

Sessions are typically 90 minutes. First-time sessions often include more conversation as Jonah listens to what you are navigating. Subsequent sessions tend to move more quickly into stillness.

Gatherings are open, low-key, and free. Jonah may share a reflection, invite questions, or simply sit in silence together. Many people come regularly and find them a reliable anchor of peace in the week.

Jonah's work is not affiliated with any religion or lineage, though it resonates with the deepest core of all spiritual traditions — the recognition that what we most fundamentally are is peace itself. People of every faith and no faith are equally at home here.

If you feel drawn — even slightly curious — that is enough. You don't need to be in crisis, and you don't need to have it all figured out. Come as you are.
