The Work
Healing By Divine Principle
Not a technique. Not a transmission. A shared stillness in which something unbroken is recognized.
Healing By Divine Principle is not a technique, a system, or a personal power. It is a shared act of stillness in which awareness turns inward toward its own unbroken ground — the part of us that has never been divided, damaged, or separate from the whole.
The premise is simple: there is something in you that has never suffered. Not a belief, not a philosophy — a living recognition. When attention rests there, even briefly, something shifts. Not because a healer did something to you, but because awareness, meeting its own source, naturally returns to wholeness.
This is what Jonah means by "divine principle." Not a religious claim, but a functional one: there is a ground of being in every person — call it awareness, presence, the soul, the deeper self — that is already whole. The work is simply to help that ground become recognizable again.

The core essay
What Is Whole Is Healed
"In stillness, divisions fall away. As divisions fall away, oneness (wholeness) is at hand. And what is whole is healed."
This is the central insight of this entire body of work — written not as a philosophy to be argued, but as a recognition to be had. Readers have described it as changing their vibration. Not as a metaphor. It's free, and short enough to read in one sitting.

Jonah does not position himself as a healer in the traditional sense — someone who holds a special power and directs it toward another. He describes his role as that of a witness: someone who holds a quality of presence in which the other person's own wholeness can become more available to them.
The healing, if it happens, happens in the space between — not because of something done, but because of something recognized. The practitioner's primary qualification is not technique but the quality of their own inner stillness, and their willingness to meet another person at the level of that stillness.
In practice, sessions are quiet. There is often little talking. Jonah may rest in silence with you, may offer a few words or an inquiry, may work with energy in and around the body. What unfolds is rarely predictable. People report deep peace, unexpected tears, visions, a sense of being held, or simply feeling lighter and more themselves.
No belief is required. The only invitation is willingness — to sit, to be still, and to see what is already present.
