There is a deeper ground of awareness in you that has never suffered.

For those who sense there’s something deeper than the life they’ve been living — sessions, gatherings, and retreat with spiritual guide Jonah.

My work is a simple act of communion — a shared stillness I call Healing By Divine Principle, in which we turn attention to the deeper field of awareness where healing unfolds naturally.

Whether through private sessions, retreats, or gatherings, this is not about fixing what seems broken — but about recognizing, in direct experience, the Oneness in which nothing has ever been broken.

"There is a spark that lights up our deepest being, where our original oneness has always been whole and therefore healed, free, loving, creative, peaceful and filled with joy."

About Jonah

Jonah

Jonah is a spiritual guide whose work centers on direct experience rather than belief, philosophy, or performance.

Through what he calls Healing By Divine Principle, Jonah invites individuals and groups into a shared stillness in which awareness turns toward its own deeper ground — the place that has never been divided, damaged, or separate.

His role is not to transmit or enlighten from above. He participates as a witness in a field of communion — where genuine clarity in one mind creates the conditions for recognition to arise in another, because what is true in him is also true in you.

Above all, his work is simple.
No intermediaries. No theatrics. No ideology.
Just direct experience.
